Using EasyTacho

Do you use EasyTacho Remote Download (whether or not in combination with Rietveld’s Remote Download Service)?
If so, it’s important to know the following:

Automatic retrieval of tachograph data

Tachograph data is downloaded automatically. However, you remain responsible for verifying that the download process has been completed correctly and in full.

Rietveld cannot be held liable for any missing data from the digital tachograph’s message memory or the driver cards. In the EasyTacho app, under the “Vehicles/Drivers” tab, you’ll find the “Status Overview,” which displays the progress of the download process. If you notice that the readout has been unsuccessful for an extended period, please contact the Rietveld help desk.

Company Card(s)

The validity of your company card is limited for the Remote Download Service. Therefore, please ensure you have a valid card in a timely manner. We cannot monitor this and assume no liability for an expired card.
